Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza on Tuesday scheduled a Feb. 8 nonjury trial for a woman charged with stealing more than $50,000 from her ex-husband. Diane M. McNamara, 68, of Division Street, North Tonawanda, is charged with second-and third-degree grand larceny.
